Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Narraxio during early access. They are written plainly, and where a full agreement is required our enterprise terms and DPA take precedence.
Using Narraxio
Narraxio connects to source repositories and systems you control, reads the files you authorize, structures what it finds into content assets, and — where you enable it — proposes changes that you review and publish. You are responsible for which repositories you connect and for what you approve.
Repository access
Access is granted through an application installation you control, authorized repository by repository, read-only unless you separately grant write. You can revoke it at any time in your source-control provider without involving us, and revocation takes effect immediately.
AI output is a proposal
Narraxio produces drafts, suggestions and findings. It does not determine what is true, and an AI proposal is not a warranty that the resulting content is accurate, lawful or suitable for publication. What reaches your website is what you approved.
Early access
During early access, capabilities arrive and change. The availability labels on our website reflect our honest assessment of what exists, and where something is run manually behind the scenes we will tell you rather than letting you assume otherwise.
Your content is yours
Your content, content models, facts and provenance records belong to you. Structured export exists so that leaving is a supported path rather than a penalty, and so your history outlives your subscription.
Availability and liability
Narraxio is designed so that your published website does not depend on it: in Git-connected mode nothing we run sits on your rendering path. Beyond that, and except where an enterprise agreement says otherwise, the service is provided as-is and our liability is limited to the fees paid.
Changes
Material changes to these terms are notified to account owners before they take effect.
