How Narraxio handles personal data — both the data of people who use Narraxio, and the personal data that may appear inside the content and repositories we process on a customer's behalf.

Data we hold about our own users

Account details, workspace membership, billing information and product usage needed to operate the service and support you. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

Customer content is processed, not owned

Repository content, content assets, facts, provenance records, embeddings and AI context traces are processed on the customer's instructions as a processor. A customer's DPA governs that relationship, not this policy.

Personal data inside repositories

Source repositories can contain personal data — commit author names and email addresses in history, names in content, and sometimes more. We process what a connected repository contains, and customers should consider that before authorizing repositories with sensitive content.

AI processing

Selected content and context are sent to AI providers to produce proposals. Which providers and models may process content is disclosed and, on enterprise plans, controllable. Our intent is that customer content is not used to train shared models without an explicit agreement; where that intent is contractual rather than yet enforced technically, we say so on the Security page rather than implying more.

Retention

Content versions, provenance events and AI context traces have configurable retention. Deleting a workspace deletes its content graph, indexes and embeddings within a defined window, and the DPA states that window.

Your rights

Access, correction, export and deletion. For personal data inside customer repositories, requests are directed to the customer as controller, and we assist them as processor.
